Medisynth Naturals Pvt Ltd can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered or replacement case and the product will be in an unused/intact / sealable and undamaged condition.

Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.

For safety reasons, we are not accepting any returns and cancellations as its prepaid order.

Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.

Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Medisynth Naturals Pvt Ltd Team.

Once the return/exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 15 working days.

No cash refunds are permitted.

An item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery only if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories
• Product packaging not opened, product not used
